UPDATE.....

Here's a shot of true GT6+ No overriders i nthe rear was stock with either one ach red or amber lenses as turn indicators below. the reveres light is mounted in the center pod. Also that big hoonking filler cap of the late MKI's and early MKII's had been replaced with the smaller MKIV filler cap.

notice no rear lower lights at all so there are no turn lights, just the center pod mounted reverse light. the turn and running lights are the 'fin' lights.
