Well with the engine moved back 6", What to do with the shift lever. Moving IT back 6" just won't do. Luckily, the 3-rqil shifter extension, makes it easy to modify to a new length. I simply cut it and the main linkage rod down by 6" and re-welded everything.

 

The two items above the modified extension, are the pieces cut out from the arm and the original shift rod.
